If the City of Barstow wants to attract business and quality residents, we must clean up our community. We are committed to improve our image by constant and never ending improvement to our infrustructure. As a community we must combine our resources to work together to improve the quality of live for our residents and the future of our children. We are in the process of improving our shopping cart ordinance and presently working on a weed and tumbleweed abatement program. Road repair will be on the priority list. Joe
