Today, I had the opportunity to meet with Hispanic leaders though out San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. The Latino Leadership PAC was founded by Rialto CouncilmemberJoe Baca Jr. Assemblyman Joe Coto was the guest speaker for the PAC's first gathering which kicked off Hispanic Heritage month. He spoke passionately about the issues effecting Hispanics throughout California.
