FROM STAFF REPORTS BARSTOW - After interviewing two of the top three candidates for the Chief of Police positionon Thursday, the City Council will interview the third candidate during a closed session tonight and then, according to City Manager Hector Rodriguez, will decide on the next chief during the Council's meeting. The Council is slated to authorize the city manager to execute a contract between the city and Lt. Dianne Burns of the Los Angeles Police Department at the meeting.
