After a number of meetings during my first year as Council member, particularly the "hot issues", casinos, Measure H, etc., many people in Barstow could not watch the meetings. They either had satellite, no TV or lived out of the area. In July 2005 I asked to staff to research web streaming and received support from former City Council member Luellig.
The City staff did an outstanding job, reseaching and identifying a program suitable for the City of Barstow.
